Message	You can dry filling it with water....but by leaving it dry for so long....you've definatly shortened its life span. Solution=get off your cheap ass and by a new one ANd yes I BET that was your starter problem.....battery may have been too weak to begin to spin the starter motor and engage the solinoid at the same time.
